HeartDome is a platform for creation and communication. If you choose to accept and agree with or use HeartDome Services out of your own initiative, you will be deemed to have fully understood these Terms and agreed as a party hereto to be bound by these Terms and other agreements and rules (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy) in respect to HeartDome Services. We may amend and update these Terms from time to time, and the updated terms and conditions shall replace the original ones without further notice upon posting, and Users may look up the latest version of these Terms on the Services. If you do not accept the updated terms and conditions, you shall promptly stop accessing and using the Services provided by us, and your continued use of the Services shall be considered as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In order to better enhance the user experience and improve our services, we will offer updates or changes to HeartDome Services (including but not limited to modification, upgrade, functionality enhancement, development of new features, software replacement, etc.) from time to time, and you are at liberty to decide whether to update the corresponding versions as needed.

In order to protect the security of HeartDome Services and improve user services, the Company will, where possible, prompt you by proper means (including, but not limited to, system prompts, announcements and messages) after HeartDome Services are updated, in whole or in part, and you have the right to accept the updated version; if you choose not to update, some features of HeartDome Services will be restricted or cannot function properly.

You understand that you shall equip yourself with terminal devices (such as computer, mobile phone, and Pad) for accessing and using HeartDome Services and that your access to HeartDome website on or via your terminal device shall be deemed as your access and use of HeartDome Services. In order to fully realize all features of HeartDome, you may need to make your terminal device connected to the network and you understand that all your costs shall be on your account (such as data flow charge and Internet access fee).

The Company hereby grants the user a personal, non-commercial, non-proprietary, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right and license to access and use HeartDome Services. All other rights not expressly licensed to you hereunder shall vest in the Company, your exercise of those rights shall be subject to the Company's prior written consent, and failure of the Company to exercise any of those rights shall not be construed as a waiver of such right.

All content, features, and functionality of HeartDome Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, are the exclusive property of Shanghai HeartDome Network Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
HeartDome服务的所有内容、功能和特性，包括但不限于文本、图形、标志、图像、软件和代码，均为上海心穹网络科技有限公司的专有财产，受国际版权、商标和其他知识产权法保护。
You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content from HeartDome Services without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shanghai HeartDome Network Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use HeartDome Services.
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，上海心穹网络科技有限公司不对因您访问或使用或无法访问或使用HeartDome服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括但不限于利润、数据、使用、商誉或其他无形损失的损失。
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shanghai HeartDome Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of HeartDome Services or your violation of these Terms.
您同意赔偿并使上海心穹网络科技有限公司及其关联公司、高级职员、董事、员工和代理人不因因您使用HeartDome服务或您违反这些条款而产生的或由此引起的任何索赔、损害、义务、损失、责任、成本或债务以及费用（包括但不限于律师费）而受到损害。
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to HeartDome Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in Shanghai, China.
